TCO Dashboard
The TCO Dashboard displays total costs for selected assets and a graphical breakdown by cost category. Filters such as timespan, asset type, and cost category support detailed analysis.

List of all invoices and costs
This view lists all recorded cost entries. Filters such as asset, cost category, and billing cycle help quickly locate and manage cost records

Invoice overview with preview
The invoice overview lists all uploaded invoices. On the right, the document preview allows easy verification of the extracted data.

Editing single invoices
This screen displays an energy/operational cost record. Extracted data such as charging location and amount can be reviewed and edited.

Adding recurring cost (e.g. leasing)
This screen shows the edit view of a single cost record. You can adjust the asset, cost type, supplier, invoice date, amount, and billing cycle.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Upload invoices
Upload your invoices in the AI Documents module. The AI automatically detects supplier, cost types, and amounts.
2. Review detected cost items
Once processing is complete, open the invoice and check the extracted items. Edit any item if necessary.
3. Edit or complete cost records
Open individual cost entries to adjust asset, amount, cost type, or supplier. All changes are saved immediately.
4. Browse the cost list
In “All Costs,” you’ll find every recorded cost entry. Use filters to quickly analyze by asset, category, or date.
5. Open the TCO Dashboard
The TCO Dashboard shows total costs for all or selected vehicles, including a graphical breakdown by cost categories.
6. Refine your analysis with filters
Use filters such as timespan, asset type, or cost category to identify cost drivers.
7. Make better decisions
Use the TCO overview to compare leasing, operational, and repair costs and plan optimizations.
