List of all recorded fueling and charging events
This screen displays all recorded fueling and charging events. It lists the vehicle, date, fuel type, amount, cost, and station location. Entries can be edited or deleted via the action menu.

The edit screen allows you to adjust fuel type, date, vehicle, odometer, quantity, cost, invoice, and station location.

Adding a new fuel bill
When creating a new fueling or charging record, you select fuel type, vehicle, odometer, quantity, cost, invoice, and station location.
As an alternative you can use the AI Document module to upload fuel receipts or invoices of your fuel card provider.
